LOS LLAMADOS VINOS "EN RAMA"


Los vinos “en rama” son vinos que no han pasado por un proceso de estabilización por frío, que consiste en someter el vino a temperaturas previas a congelación para que esté limpio de sedimentos, además de no filtrarse o tener una filtración parcial. Por esta causa, estos tipos de vinos pueden tener pequeñas partículas en suspensión y muchas personas se confunden creyendo que está mal pero todo lo contrario, cuando se hace el filtrado se pierden aromas y sabores. Con este método se consigue que los vinos tengan las mismas características como si fueran catados directamente de la bota.

This method achieves that the wines have the same characteristics as if they were tasted directly from the barrel.
