VINOS ELABORADOS CON UVAS PODRIDAS🍇🍇 



Los vinos de podredumbre noble, tal como su nombre indica, se hacen a partir de uvas que son atacadas por un hongo llamado Botrytis, este entra en el interior de la uva y las pudre. Como podéis ver en la foto, su proceso no es completamente inmediato, va atacando uva por uva hasta propagarse. Su efecto en la uva es impresionante, el hongo lo que hace es tomar el agua de esta y se van concentrando los azúcares, dejando la piel seca. Una vez elaborado, el vino es muy aromático con notas a flores, frutas y miel. Se desarrolla en zonas con temperaturas suaves y húmedas, muy determinadas. Los más conocidos se producen en Francia y en Tokaj (Hungría) aunque hay algunos también en España.
